Simulation Medical Training and Education Council of Louisiana

Act 421 of the 2009 Regular Legislative Session created the Simulation Medical Training and Education Council for Louisiana. The council’s purpose is to develop an infrastructure and governing process to coordinate and maximize simulation training resources and expertise, in both urban and rural areas of the state, and to enhance the effective use of simulation training for students, faculty, and practitioners throughout the health professions statewide.
